Today we welcome Nick to our lab! Nicholas Curtis is a first-year graduate student at Thayer coming from the University of Texas at Austin. At UT, Nick worked with Dr. Lydia Contreras on RNA engineering and synthetic biology. He spent his REU working with Dr. Ian Wheeldon on metabolic engineering at the University of California, Riverside. Nick enjoys cooking, playing rugby (and most other sports), going to the beach, and reading.
